I would not call this an Italian restaurant (having pasta is not enough), but this is not an issue, the food is great, the service is very kind and professional. Having the choice of small or large portions for the main course is genius. Highly recommended

Very fine food, incredibly tender beef fillet. For starters an autumn salad with a lot of vinaigrette as I like it. We sat in the outer area, the ambience wasn't great but ok. Staff very friendly - we don't know them from the Unterland anymore :-)

Once again it was friendly and well cooked.

We had dinners in 3 different restaurants in Chur, but this was definitely the best one. High quality food, very nicely presented, a separate room for our group only, our wishes met with smile. Although Va Bene Restaurant is not centrally located , it is a nice walk through a quiet residential area of this beautiful Alpine town and definitely worth the visit.

Very friendly staff ... But that is not enough. Follower of the tartare I was rather disappointed .. Not really seasoned and above all, the tartare was not cut by hand, which is a sacrilege in my eyes ... Note the nice presentation of the dishes and the service in the top.

Amazing italian food with a "creativ touch" in a mountainic atmosphere

The service was good and meat was delicious however all three risotto were very salty for us. Unsure if it's because that's how risotto suppose to taste like but we could barely finish it. The fresh noodle was the best dish where the deer was cooked perfectly and everything tasted great. Unfortunately all the complimentary risotto with three mains were just too salty, so I left the place hungry....

A restaurant that we visited for the first time. For the birthday dinner we have selected this location. We were very attentive and well served. The starter, which we wanted to share, was nicely placed in the middle. The LUMA veal steak was tender, just delicious. The LUMA beef tail had a lot of fat in it and was therefore not easy to eat, but otherwise very good. After the dessert, there was even a small birthday surprise, although we have only announced locally that it is a birthday dinner. We were very happy with the food and also with the service. Thank you for that

Local wine and the hazelnut/plum ice cream dessert were delicious!!! And the plating gorgeous! Servers were all extremely sweet as well Maybe not the place for a vegetarian entree though because I had the pizokels (Graubünden pasta specialty) with veggies and it was typical bland Swiss food... also quite pricey overall!!

Restaurant in a nice setting, good food, refined and hearty. Choice of wine is made if an I-Pad that does not advance, a little complicated because no overview of the choices available. Better to be a scholar! Staff a little rigid but qualified! Luckily the weather allowed us to enjoy the terrace which is well sported and romantic with a river that passes nearby. Not at all feeling like downtown. Nice restaurant. 👍

Chur's best restaurant. Superb in every way with an inventive menu. Out of the way, but worth the 7 minute walk from the train station.
